Safe365 processes personal data only where necessary to prepare and hold private conversations with invited organisations.

Invitation records contain the recipient's name, position and organisation, and any contact details supplied when a conversation is scheduled. Access to private material is limited to authorised devices and Safe365 personnel.

Data is retained for as long as the relationship requires and deleted on request. For access, correction or deletion, write to info@safe360.lv.
